Please print this coupon out and bring it with you to your Initial Consultation and Examination.  It entitles the presenter to $50.00 OFF the Initial Visit with Dr. Huntoon.  To qualify for the $50.00 OFF you must attend ONE FREE Health Care Class, which are held every Tuesday evening at 6:30 in the Newburgh Office.  By attending the FREE Class, either 2 weeks before your Initial Visit, Dr. Huntoon will take $50.00 OFF the regular $200.00 cost, or if you come after your Initial Visit, Dr. Huntoon will give you a $50.00 Credit toward future service.  This is Dr. Huntoon's way of REWARDING you for taking an active interest in understanding your condition at a deeper level.
