The following are a Explanation of Services and the associated Fees (all fees are due at the time of service)

Consultations and Examinations:

New Patient Consultation and Examination: Complex  (Takes 1 and 1/2 Hours)                                                                                                                              $200.00

This is for the person who has many different health challenges, has multiple diagnoses, is possibly taking multiple medications and has multiple different “specialists” managing each of their diagnoses.  With this level of evaluation, you will receive a full understanding of What are your health concerns, Why you have your health concerns, How they are all related to an underlying CAUSE(S), and what is the most logical path out of being controlled by your health versus having complete control of your health.  Knowing EVERYTHING that is affecting your health and fully understanding how to address ALL of them is the BEST CHOICE you can make with your health.

New Patient Consultation and Examination: Simple  (Takes 1 Hour)                                                                                                                                                  $150.00

This is for the person who has a Specific complaint, like a headache, knee pain or a specific concern like a Low Back Pain.  They have had the concern for a short period of time and are not happy with what their Medical Practitioner has told them, OR are interested in addressing their health concern using Natural and Alternative methods without the use of medication.  This is also appropriate for someone who wants to address one specific problem even if they are already taking medication and want to change that.

Ongoing Office Visits and Care:

Basic Office Visit: Simple                                                                                                                                                                                                                               $ 50.00

The Basic Office Visit involves an assessment of your current health related to the problem you are coming for care, after an Examination has been performed and you are under care.  The office visit may involve chiropractic adjustments to your spine AND/OR (1) Allergy Treatment of a specific substance known from your list of items needing to be balanced within your Priority Recipe for your health.

Advanced Office Visit:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   $ 65.00

Involves (2) Allergy Treatments from the list of your Priority Recipe for your health, assuming your body can accept (2) Allergy Treatments at one time.  Also included will be the Basic Office Visit as outlined there.  The intention is to give the body the maximum it can handle so the progress of the person can be made as fast and efficiently as possible.

Complex Office Visit:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     $ 75.00

Involves (3) Allergy Treatments from the list of your Priority Recipe for your health, assuming your body can accept (3) Allergy Treatments at one time.  Also included will be the Basic Office Visit as outlined there.  The intention is to give the body the maximum it can handle so the progress of the person can be made as fast and efficiently as possible.

Reevaluations:

Basic Reevaluation:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      $100.00

This is given to the person who has made progress with their one problem/system to understand where in their recovery process they are currently.  This helps to understand how much care is still necessary and allows for discussion of the goal of care going forward.  Once the assessment has been completed, the next appropriate treatment will be given. 

Complex Reevaluation:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                $150.00

This is given to the person who has come for care with multiple problems/systems to understand where in their recovery process they are currently.  This helps to understand how much care is still necessary and allows for discussion of the goal for care going forward.  Once the assessment has been completed, the next appropriate treatment will be given. 

Neuro-Emotional Treatment (NET):

30 minutes of NET:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       $100.00

When a person has (1) Emotion associated with their health concern, as indicated in their Priority Recipe, we will use NET to address the Emotional Component on that visit.  We will handle the Emotional Relationships of their concern on that one visit and usually takes about 30 minutes to address that, plus The Basic Office Visit.

60 minutes of NET:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       $150.00

When a person has many Emotions associated with their health concern, as indicated on their Priority Recipe, we will use NET to address the Emotional Components on that visit.  We will handle the Emotional Relationships of their concern on that one visit and usually takes about 60 minutes to address that, plus The Basic Office Visit.

Nutritional Evaluations:

Simple Nutritional Evaluation:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    $150.00

This involves a Simple Nutritional Evaluation for a Specific Health Concern to understand the nutritional deficiencies associated with their health concern.  This will include recommending specific Whole Food Supplements to address the basis for why the health concern is there and what is required by the body to return to health and balance.  This takes 1 hour of Evaluation and Explanation

Complex Nutritional Evaluation:                                                                                                                                                                                                                $200.00

This involves a Complex Nutritional Evaluation to determine ALL the nutritional deficiencies within the individual and how their nutritional deficiencies play a major role in their health concerns.  This will include recommending multiple specific Whole Food Supplements to address ALL the reasons why the health concern is there and what is required by the whole body to work together to return to health and balance.  This takes 1 and ½ hours of Evaluation and Explanation
